We offer 3 convenient locations: our main office in Palo Alto, our location in Los Altos as part of the FIT personal training center and our location at the OFJCC Center in Palo Alto.

Parking
Please park in our back parking lot and enter through the back door. The entrance on El Camino remains locked.
Directions to Main Office
From 101:
Take Oregon Expressway to El Camino and turn right. Left on California and a left turn past the Wells Fargo lot and into the lot #2450. Parking in the rear of the building. Look for the green awning.
From 280:
Take Page Mill Road to El Camino and turn left. Left on California and a left turn past the Wells Fargo lot and into the lot #2450. Parking in the rear of the building. Look for the green awning.

Directions to FIT Center
From 101:
Take the San Antonio Road exit south to the end. Make left on Foothill Expressway and make a Left/U-turn at Springer. Turn right directly into the Rancho Shopping Center.
From 280:
Take the Magdelena exit east toward downtown Los Altos. Make a left onto Foothill Expressway and an immediate right into the Rancho Shopping Center.

Take the San Antonio Road South exit toward Los Altos. Right on Charleston Road. Right on Fabian Way. Enter driveway & parking garage on the right.
From 280:
Take the El Monte Avenue East exit. Left on Foothill Expressway. Right on San Antonio Road. Left on Charleston Road. Right on Fabian Way. Enter driveway & parking garage on the right.
